At the Center for Health & Healing, yoga is more than a workout, it’s a path to wellness, balance, and connection. Our Beachwood studio has been Ocean County’s home for mindful movement for nearly two decades. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or refining years of practice, we offer a supportive space where strength, flexibility, and meditation come together like a garden for the mind, body, and spirit.
Consistency is the key to building a lasting yoga practice, and our class packs make it easy. New students often start with our six-week Beginner Series for $75, which provides a guided introduction to the foundations of yoga. If you’re practicing regularly, our 10- and 20-class packs give you flexibility at a discount.
When yoga becomes part of your daily rhythm, unlimited memberships are the most rewarding way to practice. With options ranging from one month to a full year, you’ll have the freedom to join as often as you like.
Unlimited memberships are ideal for anyone managing the stress of a busy career, running a business, or balancing family life. Whether you’re starting your morning with meditation, flowing through a lunchtime Vinyasa, or unwinding in hot yoga after work, unlimited access keeps wellness woven into your week.
Yoga meets you where you are, and we celebrate every stage of life. Our Mom & Baby Yoga program is a beautiful way for new mothers to connect, restore, and bond with their child in a safe and nurturing environment. A 6-class pack is available for just $75, giving you time to grow together while building community with other parents. One of our newest classes targets ages 10-15, a mindful introduction to yoga poses, breathing and stretching.
Mackenzie brings her own dynamic classes to our studio, offering two 45-minute Warm HIIT/Pilates sessions — Heat and Sculpt. While she runs her classes independently through MindBody, we’re proud to host them here in Beachwood so our community can experience her energizing approach to fitness!
Our workshops are designed to deepen your practice beyond the regular class schedule. These sessions may include focused themes like seasonal flows, meditation, or specialty topics that help you explore new dimensions of yoga. They’re also an opportunity to connect with other yogis in Ocean County and expand your sense of community.
Our Front Desk runs on good karma — and so does our community. Through our Karma Desk program, you can volunteer a few hours each week in exchange for free yoga classes. Many participants describe it as the heart of our studio, a place where service and community grow together like a shared garden.
Karma assistants commit to 4–5 hours per week for three months, assisting with class check-ins, scheduling, and creating a welcoming environment. In return, you’ll enjoy unlimited yoga, massage discounts, and the fulfillment of giving back.
The Center for Health & Healing isn’t just a yoga studio — it’s a wellness hub where every student is welcomed as part of the family. Our certified instructors bring decades of experience across multiple yoga traditions, ensuring that every class is safe, inclusive, and inspiring.
With flexible schedules, diverse offerings, and holistic programs that include meditation, massage therapy, and energy work, our studio supports the whole self. Here, yoga is more than poses — it’s about finding strength, stillness, and connection in your daily life.
The hardest part of yoga is simply showing up. Whether you’re exploring our beginner series, purchasing a class pack, or volunteering at our Karma Desk, your journey starts here.
