Arrive a few minutes before class to sign in and complete a short waiver form. We have mats and towels for rent if you don’t have your own. Remove your shoes, silence your phone, and settle into the studio. If you have any injuries or health concerns, let your instructor know before class begins.
Absolutely! Yoga is for every body. Flexibility is something you build through practice, not a requirement to begin. Our teachers offer modifications and props so that every student can benefit, no matter their level.
Yes. Many men practice yoga here and find it improves flexibility, recovery, athletic performance, and sleep
You’re welcome to drop in for any class. Many students choose class cards or memberships for cost savings and convenience
Yoga is a Sanskrit word meaning “to yoke” or “to unite.” It’s a system of practices that bring balance to body, mind, and spirit. In the U.S., yoga often refers to the physical poses (asana), but these are just one of eight “limbs” of yoga.
Om is a mantra chanted at the beginning and end of many yoga sessions. It’s considered the sound of the universe, connecting us to nature’s rhythms. Chanting Om can also create vibrations that benefit the sinuses and calm the nervous system.

Yes, but avoid hot yoga, deep twists, or any pose that feels uncomfortable. Prenatal, Gentle, and Hip-Opening classes are great options. Always let your instructor know you’re pregnant, and stay hydrated.

The more consistently you practice, the more benefits you’ll feel. Even one class per week can make a difference, but we recommend two or more for lasting results.
Yoga can often support healing, but always check with your doctor first. Let your instructor know about your injury so they can suggest modifications.
Yoga offers countless benefits, including stress relief, improved circulation, stronger muscles, better sleep, and greater flexibility. Free paved parking is available adjacent to the studio, along the fence and across from the opposite side of the Mister Softee building. There is also free neighborhood street parking — please observe signage.

Annual unlimited: 1 year
Yes. Unused passes may be reactivated for 2 months for a $29 fee, as long as the reactivation is within 1 year of the original expiration date.
If classes are cancelled due to weather, we’ll update the schedule and Facebook page at least 2 hours in advance, all those registered will receive direct notice, text and/or email if set up.
All purchases (class cards, unlimited passes, drop-ins, and workshop fees) are final, unless otherwise stated in an event description.
A $25 fee applies to returned or canceled checks.
Schedules, teachers, pricing, and memberships are subject to change. Always check our website for the latest updates. Also each month we try to enhance the schedule.
Expired packages may be reactivated for $29 within 1 year of the original purchase date (maximum 60-day extension).
Extensions are only available with a doctor’s note for medical reasons.
All new students must complete a waiver before participating in class.

All passes activate at the time of purchase.
Volunteer at the front desk 4–5 hours a week in exchange for free yoga. This program keeps our community strong and connected.
Some workshops require a minimum number of participants. If an event is canceled, you will be notified and receive a full refund.

If you’re sick or contagious, while we love to see you, please feel better and get well before coming to class.
Items left behind will be kept for 2 weeks, then donated.
