As a student of Michael Harner John learned how to use journeying techniques that allow the exploration of one's deep structure.  

The workshop will include an introduction to the teaching that supports the process, set up for two journeys (bring mats) including goal setting and journaling.  Workshop with begin with a free drumming (bring instruments) and end with a round dance.
