If you have found a spiritual home at the Center for Health and Healing and recognize Yoga as a necessary life practice, join us for a deep excursion into the wisdom and beauty of its most famous mind, Patañjali.  His thoughts on the eight-limbed path, the triune universe, the construction of reality etc. are often obscure to the westerner when viewed solely from an eastern perspective.  Come join us for a look that will help clarify the text's meaning while at the same time fully respecting the great wisdom it contains.
