Start the NEW YEAR by activating deeper levels of relaxation and raising self-awareness through Sound Therapy allied to Yoga and Intension Journaling. The combination of these practices leads to a state of raised vibrational spiritual receptivity in which all levels of the body can open to healing.

The evening opens at 9.15 pm with a Yoga Flow by Avita Kennedy, gentle Asanas to restore your nervous system and release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. This class is appropriate for all levels. Chair Massage is also available from 9 - 10.30 pm.

After a brief interval , join at 10.30pm spiritual coach Mary Fowler to “Journal your New Year's intention”

As you Journal into the New Year, she will align you with the first chakra, our root as I AM, is the first chakra mantra, the “root of our being”

Mary will introduce you to each chakra and prompt you to journal as Avita preps you into a restorative pose for the specific chakra using supported postures and props. Close your eyes and you will hear Scott in the background , opening each Chakra with vibrational notes. Next take 2 minutes to journal and the process repeats for each chakra.

Closing the evening, grab your eye pillows and lie down... Scott will lead you into 2019 thru a Sound Bath Meditation journey with Sonic Gongs, 7 Chakra Crystal Bowls, Tibetan bowls, Crystal Pyramids and chimes.

The sound bath follows a chakra cleansing pattern to balance and clear the energies what brings a sense of wholeness to the body. The sound of harmonic vibrations created by overtone-emitting instruments will stimulate the waves associated with deep meditative states that are highly conducive to healing. Sound slows down the heart and respiratory rate, creating a therapeutic effect on the mind and body. A Sound Bath meditation experience is both uniquely personal and collaborative.
