Teaching and spreading the love of yoga and wellness for almost two decades.

We are a group of dedicated professional Yoga Instructors, Massage Therapists and holistic specialists committed to improving the health of our students, clients, and community.

Our center is a beautiful, serene yoga/massage studio boutique.

We are honored to infuse our teaching and healing arts from the heart, with creativity, and clarity.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Beachwood, NJ with lots of free off-road parking.

 Our offerings include more than 40 yoga classes per week, massage therapy and bodywork, 200 Hour and 300 Hour yoga teacher training courses, annual yoga retreats, beach yoga, and wellness workshops designed to support your self care and provide healing options for

everybody and EVERY BODY.

Yoga Alliance
 

The Yoga Alliance is the gold standard of yoga instruction. The Yoga Alliance organization operates to broaden access to yoga’s healing potential, foster greater equity and more diverse representation within

the yoga community, and expand educational, service, and economic opportunities for yoga teachers.

The Center for Health and Healing is an accredited school through Yoga Alliance. Our Yoga Teacher Training programming provides the appropriate requisites students need to become certified with the Yoga Alliance. 

The Center for Health and Healing instructors are all Yoga Alliance Certified.
