We, all Center instructors, strive to be insightful with all our students. We will encourage you to look within and find the positive on your yoga journey.

Surrender into each posture (instead of fighting your way into it, or struggling with it).

Our perceptive attention will be on your alignment in the pose. Gentle posture adjustments will be offered during class.
