Our mission is to provide the opportunity for our students to become above average yoga teachers. We have provided a well developed program steeped with self discovery and healing. Our program exceeds the yoga alliance requirements. We will nurture and encourage each student to awaken the teacher within. |
| We offer a practical, empowering,comprehensive, and rewarding program. We will teach you how to think on your feet and tailor your classes to meet the needs of your students. We will teach you how to read bodies and teach yoga skillfully. | Some of the benefits and things included when taking this course: |

There are over 60 hours of yoga classes offered per week that you are entitled to take for FREE while enrolled in this program. |

Study and meet with many high caliber long standing guest teachers. |

Study the Sutras, Gunas, Koshas, and Chakras. |

Knowledge of over 70 Sanskrit terms. |
| • |
Learn Meditation and Pranayama. |
| • |
Anatomy and physiology will be taught clearly, system by system. |

Learn about injuries - preventing them and how to work with them safely. |

Learn how to tame your fear of public speaking. |

Learn how to write and instruct several levels of classes, in different formats. |

Learn how to give safe posture adjustments. |

Learn to teach Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Intermediate Yoga, and Multi Leveled classes. |

You will be introduced to Hot Yoga, Dharma Mittra Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Mom and Me Yoga and Partner Yoga. |

You must pass written quizzes, pass and complete assignments, pass final written exam and practical exam. |

Mentor for 15 hours. |
| • |
Perform Karma Yoga and instructor assist. |
| • |
Learn how to live your yoga on and off your mat. |
| • |
Learn how to teach the ancient art of yoga safely and confidently. |
| • |
You will learn how to be a light for yourself and others as a yoga teacher. |
| • |
By keeping the right attitude, the right alignment maintaining internal and external balance and the right (Kind and Joyful) actions. |

You will learn the principles of yoga including its benefits, the philosophy, and how it relates to our everyday life. |
